Please read Submission Requirements carefully:
- All artwork must be 12″ x 12″ x 1.5″ deep (no exceptions)
- Canvas or wood panel
- Artwork may be any medium and technique, excluding photography.
- Artwork must be ready to hang (see diagram below.)
- Unframed artwork only.
- Make sure the photos of your square foot works are cropped and good resolution.
- Rename your images before uploading this way:
artistname_titleofpiece_medium_surface.jpeg
For example: sharonlalonde_risingtide_acrylic_woodpanel
- .jpg or .jpeg only (no .pdf, .tiff or .png files)

One time submission fee is $40. You will be emailed a link to the upload form once submission fee is received.
- Submit 3 – 10 paintings before October 28th, 2025 deadline. (one image per submitted piece only)
- This is a juried art show. Images that are submitted without being cropped and properly named will not be juried for the show. Please contact us if you require assistance.
- There is no hanging fee.
MORE IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All artwork MUST be the original creation of the artist. No giclee prints, photography or reproductions please.
SUBMISSIONS ARE NOW CLOSED
Artists who have paid the submission fee have been emailed a link to submit your artwork.

This a juried exhibition. Jury results will be emailed to artists by end of day November 2, 2025.
Art work drop off for Vancouver Island and Coastal Gulf Island artists whose work has been successfully juried into the show.
November 6 -9, from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm
ARTWRX Studio Gallery – 362c 10th Street Courtenay
Artists not residing on Vancouver/ Coastal Gulf Islands are featured in the online show only.
There is no hanging fee.
All accepted artwork will be available for viewing online from November 13th, 2025
All sales will be online starting at 6 pm PST

All Square Foot works are for sale at $350 each with $275 to the artist.
IMPORTANT HANGING INSTRUCTIONS
ALL WORK MUST BE WIRED AND READY TO HANG.
Secure the D-rings to the inside of canvas or panel 3″ from the top. Please ensure your hanging wire is 2″ from the top of the canvas to the wire as shown in the image below.
